Terms
The shop. Laura's Natural Baby Boutique is a small Massachusetts business that assembles gift boxes from pieces made by other brands. By placing an order you agree to these terms; the version shown when you order is the one that applies.
What arrives. Every piece is new, unworn and unwashed. We take each piece out of its maker's bag and fold it by hand into the gift box with tissue, so the box arrives as one gift rather than a bundle of shop packaging. Each piece keeps its maker's sewn-in labels; please read and follow the maker's size, care and safety labels before use. Any maker's warranty is the maker's own; our promise to you is in Returns below.
Photos. Product images show the pieces in each box; some are styled arrangements or edited photographs rather than a photo of the exact box you will receive, and colours, print placement and arrangement may vary slightly. Size and care information comes from each maker.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you order, through the payment options shown at checkout; card details go to the payment processor and never to us (see the Privacy Policy).
Your order. We confirm your order by email and accept it when the box ships. Boxes are made in small numbers: if a box sells out after you order, or is listed with an obvious price or description error, we will cancel the order and refund it in full before anything ships. If your order will be delayed, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders outside the United States. Delivery takes longer and any import duty or tax is due on delivery.
Returns. All sales are final except for defective or non-conforming goods. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, preference or change of mind, because each box is assembled by hand for one recipient; please check sizes before ordering. If any items in your box arrive damaged, or a piece is defective, missing or not what you ordered, tell us through the Contact page, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with a few photos. We review each claim individually; damage that happens after delivery, from use or washing, or to the outer shipping carton is not covered. We replace the affected piece when we have one and otherwise refund it; if all items inside the box are damaged or wrong, we replace or refund the whole box. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Massachusetts law or the consumer law where you live.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
